Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MR.MVP AGENCY, operated by Marcus Marcelo Deavila LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

MR.MVP AGENCY provides automated SMS review-request and follow-up messaging, delivery of your Google review link to customers who reply "R", delivered via Twilio, Make.com, and Airtable integrations.

Free Trial & Billing

  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to features for your selected plan
  • A valid card must be on file to activate the trial
  • On day 8, your card is automatically charged your plan's monthly price, and billing recurs monthly thereafter
  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation stops all future charges and automated messaging immediately
  • There are no refunds for partial billing periods already charged

Plan Verification & Misrepresentation

Your plan must match your actual business. Pricing is based on how many guests you serve on an average day, and choosing a lower range than your business qualifies for to pay less is misrepresentation.

  • The MR.MVP AGENCY team runs weekly plan checks on every account, comparing your business name, Google review link, Google Business Profile and booking-app volume against the plan you selected
  • Mismatched accounts are typically identified within the first 1–2 weeks of service
  • If your account does not match your plan, we may cancel your service immediately with no refund of any fees paid
  • Business names tied to a mismatched or misrepresented account are permanently banned from MR.MVP AGENCY and cannot sign up again under any plan
  • We may also, at our discretion, move your account to the correct plan and bill you at that plan's rate going forward
  • Providing a business name, Google review link or business type that is not your own is grounds for immediate cancellation

Your Responsibilities

  • You must have proper consent to send SMS messages to any phone number you provide us
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, booking system, and Google Business Profile connections you provide
  • You may not use our service to send unlawful, harassing, or non-compliant messages
  • You must comply with TCPA and all applicable SMS marketing laws

Message Compliance

Every message sent through our platform automatically includes opt-out language ("Reply STOP to opt out"). Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically. Custom messages you create are still required to include this compliance language.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable, 24/7 automated service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Twilio, Google, your booking software, or payment processors).

Limitation of Liability

MR.MVP AGENCY and Marcus Marcelo Deavila LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or reviews not collected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
