Do I have to connect my booking app right away?
Yes. Your booking app must be connected before review texts can go out. You can save your setup and finish later, but nothing goes live until it’s connected. We’ll email you a reminder if you haven’t finished. Its very simple.
What info do I need to sign up?
Your business name, address, email, phone, your Google review link (from your Google Business Profile), and API connection to your booking app (Square, Mindbody, Opentable, etc.). Setup takes about 5 minutes. You configure your business name and review link in your dashboard—they auto-update all your SMS.
How fast will I see results?
First SMS (Round 1) goes out within 24 hours of a customer payment with your business name. When they reply "R", they get your Google review link immediately (Round 2 SMS). On average, about 35% of your clients leave a review.
When does billing start?
No charge for 7 days. Card on file at signup. Day 8 you're billed automatically for your tier. Cancel anytime before then and you're never charged.
