Do I have to connect my booking app and Google Business Profile right away?
Both are required for your reviews to start sending. You can save your setup and finish later, but nothing goes live until both are connected — we'll email you a reminder if you haven't.
What info do I need to sign up?
Your business name, address, email, phone, your Google Business Profile link (so we can auto-reply to your Google reviews), an API/OAuth connection to your booking app (whichever it supports), and a payment method for after your 7 free days. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
